Commonwealth Soccer League, Inc. (CSL) was established in 1997 and is the greater Fredericksburg area's only sanctioned outdoor adult soccer league. CSL is a registered member of the MDCVSA, USSF, USASA, and FIFA. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and growing soccer within our community.

THURSDAY, NOV. 17 (11:48 a.m.) -- CANNED FOOD AND PENNY DRIVE -- The Canned Food and Penny Drive done by CSL and FSCI Phoenix at Sunday's Commonwealth SoccerFest to close out the Fall season collected 153 cans and 3,062 pennies to benefit the Thurman Brisben Center. TUESDAY, NOV. 15 (3:58 p.m.) -- CSL IN THE MEDIA -- Check out CSL on Virginia Soccer Online News and Potomac Soccer Wire. They also have Facebook pages, so be sure to like their pages and subscribe to their sites. They are both great sources of soccer in Virginia and the surrounding areas. Both have also been supporters of the league in recent years!

TUESDAY, NOV. 15 (updated, 10:43 a.m.) -- FALL CHAMPIONS CROWNED -- Sunday wrapped up the Fall 2011 CSL season with some quality play at Patriot Park. On Saturday, Fusion FC COED got a 3-1 win over FAC Furia Roja to win the 7v7 Coed Rec Championship. On Sunday, the league had an 11v11 Open Division Semifinal-Final doubleheader due to rain outs pushing play back during the season. In the morning Real International FC topped Fusion FC 7-0 in one semifinal, while St. Corinthians edged Rappahannock Sport 2-2 (3-2) in penalty kicks. Real International FC and St. Corinthians met for the second straight season in the final, with Real pulling out a come-from-behind 2-2 (4-3) win in penalty kicks. MONDAY, NOV. 7 (4:37 p.m.) -- SUNDAY'S SCHEDULE FINALIZED -- CSL and local youth club FSCI Phoenix will be teaming up to present the "Commonwealth SoccerFest" on Sunday, Nov. 14. A day full of soccer action at Patriot Park in Spotsylvania, Va. Click here for more details!!

MONDAY, NOV. 7 (1:27 p.m.) -- 11v11 PLAYOFF SCHEDULE -- The site for the Open Division Semifinals and Championship games have been set. Semifinals will kickoff at 9:00 a.m. The Championship will kickoff at either 12:00 or 1:00 p.m. We hope to have that time finalized by this afternoon or Tuesday. MONDAY, NOV. 7 (1:24 p.m.) -- 7v7 SCHEDULE CHANGE -- The 77v Coed Rec Division schedule has changed for this Saturday, Nov. 12 due to the time change. We had to push the game times up since there will be no light for a 5:00 p.m. game. Click here to view the update schedule.

SATURDAY, OCT. 29 (6:55 p.m.) -- ALL 11v11 OPEN DIVISION GAMES ARE POSTPONED FOR SUNDAY, OCT. 30 -- Due the rain Friday and all day Saturday, all 11v11 Open Division Playoff games are postponed. ALL teams that were scheduled to play, should be prepared to play next Sunday, Nov. 6!!!

SATURDAY, OCT 29 (2:20 a.m.) -- ALL 7v7 COED REC GAMES ARE POSTPONED FOR SATURDAY, OCT. 29 -- Due to the rain, all 7v7 Coed Rec Division games have been postponed. Please stay off the fields when games are postponed.

SUNDAY, OCT. 23 (6:22 p.m.) -- FREDERICKSBURG GENERALS INDOOR TRYOUTS -- A second tryout is set for Wedenesday, Oct. 26 to begin promptly at 10 p.m. at Fredericksburg Field House. Tryout cost is $10 to help pay for the field rental. The Generals play in the Indoor Premier League and face team based along the East Coast. THURSDAY, JULY 14 (3:30 p.m.) -- COMMONWEALTH CLASSIC GETS NOTICED IN STAFFORD COUNTY SUN -- The Commonwealth Classic, which is hosted by CSL and was held at Patriot Park in Spotsylvania County on July 9-10, had a story written about it in the Stafford County Sun. Click here to check it out.

THURSDAY, JULY 14 (3:37 p.m.) -- FALL 2011 PLAYER REGISTRATION MEETING -- There is a Player Registration Meeting this Sunday, July 17 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Fredericksburg Field House. Member Registration Forms, Player Passes and any fees may be turned in at this time (NOTE: Teams participating in the Neptune Soccer Classic August 6-7 do not need turn passes in, but should bring them to the meeting). Managers should also turn in a roster. Players will not be registered for you team that are not listed on your roster. SUNDAY, JUNE 19 (11:50 p.m.) -- DIVISION CHAMPIONS CROWNED -- The league crowned its Spring 2001 Division Champions Sunday at Patriot Park Field #1. Congrats to the teams!

FIRST DIVISION: St. Corinthians scored in the second half of the division final and held Real International FC scoreless lead by Final's MVP Mike Kaliris in goal.

SECOND DIVISION: Misfits jumped out to a 4-1 lead by halftime and added another in the secon dhalf to cruise to a 5-1 win in the division final led by Final's Joshua Sedlak.

THURSDAY, JUNE 16 (2:42 p.m.) -- CSL FINALS THIS SUNDAY AT PATRIOT PARK -- The Spring 2011 Division Finals have been set and will take place this Sunday at Patriot Park Field #1:
