CSL is also proud to be involved in the community, by being a sponsor at local events and of local organizations over the years. Currently, CSL has donated over $11,000 toward various events and activities over the years.

Helping sponsor numerous CSL teams' trips to both USASA and MDCVSA sanctioned national- and state-level tournaments.
Local high school soccer via their game-day programs and various other avenues.
Trips to several CSL trips to D.C. United soccer games over the years. A fun way for the league's player, associates and friends to hang out together and get to know one another off the pitch.
Donations in remembrance of CSL contributors and supporters that have helped make our league a success who have passed away.
• Host of the Commonwealth Classic adult 11v11 tourney played at Patriot Park in Spotsylvania since 2009. 
• F.C. Fredericksurg Generals - For their trip to the PASL Premier International Finals during the 2009-2010 season.
• Donation to Students Helping Honduras to help a University of Mary Washington student make a trip to the country in Spring 2010.
• Fredericksburg P&R youth team coached by current and former CSL members Wilson Greenlaw, Damian Cobey & Guy Miller-Richards from 2007-2009.
• Donation to the fundraiser to help the U14 FASA Elite (Unity) team make a trip to Europe for a prestigious invite-only tournament in Fall 2008.
• Fredericksburg Crew (U12-15) - Fredericksburg P&R team coached by long-time CSL participant Joe Merenda that played in the Boys & Girls Fall Classic in Bethesda, Md. in 2008.
• Partially sponsored local youth player David Salazar as he traveled with the VYSA '93 Boys team to Costa Rica in spring 2008. David's family has been involved in CSL since its inception.
• Hole sponsor for fundraising golf tournaments held by FASA and the FC Fredericksburg Generals indoor team in 2007-08.
• Donation to the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Department in Spring 2006 for their support of the league.
• Donation to the Children's Miracle Network in Fall 2004.

• Purchased two goals for Fredericksburg P&R to use at Old Mill Park in 2003.
